Bolivians headed to the polls Sunday for presidential and congressional elections overshadowed by a deep economic crisis that has seen the left implode and given the right its first real chance at power in two decades. The Andean nation is facing its worst economic turmoil in a generation, with annual inflation nearing 25 percent and severe shortages of dollars and fuel. (AFP)
