Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on Tuesday that Russia no longer considers itself constrained to take any necessary measures regarding the deployment of ground-based intermediate- and short-range (INF) missiles, given that restrictions are no longer in place. Russian news agency TASS quoted Peskov as saying, “Russia no longer has any constraints in this regard. Russia does not consider itself limited by anything anymore.
