Iran Mulls Resuming Nuclear Talks with US

The Iranian Foreign Ministry is mulling over a US request to resume negotiations on its nuclear program. According to Mehr News Agency, the US has expressed willingness to continue negotiations with Iran through mediators from various countries.
Earlier, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei refuted US President Donald Trump’s remarks that Tehran was seeking negotiations after the 12-day war. He said, “No request for a meeting has been made on our side to the American side.”
