US President Donald Trump said tariffs are having a “huge positive impact” on the stock market, with new records being set almost daily and “hundreds of billions of dollars” flowing into the country’s coffers. In a post on his social media platform, Trump warned that if a “Radical Left Court” were to rule against the policy at this stage, it would cause an economic collapse similar to the Great Depression of 1929, from which the United States could never recover. He added that America deserves “success and greatness, not turmoil, failure, and disgrace.”
