The Russian Foreign Ministry has denied media reports that President Vladimir Putin had urged Iran to accept a “zero enrichment” nuclear deal with the US.
The ministry said the report “appears to be a new political defamation campaign aimed at exacerbating tensions around Iran’s nuclear program.”
The Axios news website had reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin urged Iran to accept a nuclear deal with the US based on “zero enrichment.”
