North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has said his country is ready to offer “unconditional support” for all actions taken by Moscow to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, as the two nations hold high-level strategic talks, Reuters reported. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is on a three-day visit to North Korea.
