Russia has said that it is prepared to hold the next round of negotiations with Ukraine. Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, “Kyiv is clearly hesitating… We are still waiting for proposals regarding the timing. The Russian side is ready to continue the negotiations and hold the third round of talks.”
The second round of direct talks between Russia and Ukraine took place in Istanbul on June 2.
