Kremlin Denies Ukraine Peace Process Has Stalled

The Kremlin denied Thursday that peace talks to end its more than three-year offensive in Ukraine were stalling as Kyiv and Moscow have not announced another round of talks. When asked if Moscow believed the negotiation process was slowing, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, "We cannot say that now," adding that Russia was waiting for "signals from Kyiv" for a third round of talks.

Azerbaijan, Armenia Make Progress on Peace Talks

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have held positive talks on various aspects of normalizing relations between the two countries, following the signing of a draft peace agreement last March. The two leaders agreed to continue bilateral negotiations and confidence building measures between the two countries at a meeting held in Abu Dhabi today.
