Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that Tehran’s enemies pretend to sympathize with the Iranian people while simultaneously imposing sanctions on the country.

According to Iranian media, he said, “The enemies covet our country because we have reached a critical stage of development.”

He added, “They impose sanctions and prevent our transactions: on the one hand, they show sympathy for our people, and on the other, they block all means necessary for the development of our society.” (Agencies)
