The Kremlin denied Thursday that peace talks to end its more than three-year offensive in Ukraine were stalling as Kyiv and Moscow have not announced another round of talks. When asked if Moscow believed the negotiation process was slowing, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “We cannot say that now,” adding that Russia was waiting for “signals from Kyiv” for a third round of talks.
