Leaders of Ukraine’s allies will hold a new video call on Thursday, France said, as US President Donald Trump keeps pressure on Kyiv to accept a deal ending Russia’s nearly four-year war.
“Tomorrow’s meeting of the coalition of the willing, co-chaired by France and the United Kingdom, will enable progress to be made on the security guarantees to be offered to Ukraine and the important contribution of the Americans,” French government spokeswoman Maud Bregeon said on Wednesday.
The Elysee Palace said the meeting would take place via video link. (AFP)
