Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa stressed that the Abraham Accords cannot be replicated, as the circumstances between Israel and Syria differ from those of other Arab states. Speaking to the media, he said that his “strategy is to eliminate problems and resolve differences.” He emphasized that any policy aimed at dividing Syria will not succeed, pointing out the presence of large popular Syrian factions opposed to partition, and that most people in Sweida are tied to Damascus, with only a small minority causing unrest. Al-Sharaa referred to international mediation and the Syrian Democratic Forces’ efforts to reach an understanding based on the March 10 agreement. (Agencies)
