Iran’s Mehr News Agency reported on Tuesday that Kharg Island was targeted in several Israeli-American airstrikes.
A bridge outside the city of Qom in northern Iran was also attacked by the US and Israel strikes, according to Iranian state television, which quoted the deputy governor of the region, Morteza Heydari.
The Qom official stated, “One of the bridges outside the city of Qom, in the western part of the province, was attacked by the American and Zionist enemy.”
In addition, a bridge on the Tabriz-Zanjan highway in northwestern Iran was targeted in several airstrikes, as was the Yahyaabad Bridge in central Iran.
Meanwhile, all train services from Mashhad Railway Station, northeast of Tehran, were canceled on Tuesday, according to local media reports, quoting the governor of the region, Hassan Hosseini, after Israel warned Iranians against using trains that day.
