The death toll in an attack by gunmen on Woro village in central Nigeria’s Kwara state has risen to 162, a Red Cross official said on Wednesday.
“Reports said that the death toll now stands at 162, as the search for more bodies continues,” Babaomo Ayodeji, Kwara state secretary of the Red Cross, said, updating the earlier toll of 67. (AFP)
