The United Arab Emirates said it was dealing with missiles and drones coming from Iran on Wednesday, hours after a two-week truce came into effect.

“The UAE’s air defenses are currently engaging missile and drone attacks originating from Iran,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement on X.

Meanwhile, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense said the Kuwaiti air defenses have been dealing, since 8:00 a.m. today and up to now, with an intense wave of hostile Iranian criminal attacks, where (28) drones were intercepted that targeted the State of Kuwait.

“The Kuwaiti Armed Forces succeeded in intercepting a large number of hostile drones, some of which targeted vital oil facilities and power stations in the south of the country, resulting in significant material damage to oil infrastructure facilities, power stations, and water desalination plants.” (AFP)
