Israeli Military Says Targeted Senior Hezbollah Member in Beirut Strike

Israel’s military said Sunday that it had carried out a strike on a senior member of the Iran-backed Hezbollah militant group in Lebanon’s capital.

“A short while ago, the IDF conducted a precise strike targeting a key Hezbollah terrorist in Beirut,” the Israeli military said in a brief statement. (AFP)
