Dong Jun Tells Hegseth Containing China ‘Futile’

China’s defense minister warned the United States on Wednesday that “containing, deterring, or interfering with China will be futile,” during talks with his US counterpart, state broadcaster CCTV reported. “We must… build an equal, respectful, peacefully coexistent, stable, and positive military-to-military relationship.
